FENTON TOWN HALL

A historic landmark, serving the community since 1888

Welcome to FENTON TOWN HALL.

Fenton Town Hall lies in the heart of Fenton, dominating Albert Square and forming part of one of the finest urban spaces in Stoke-on-Trent. After many years use as Magistrates Courts it is now home to a lively community of local businesses and community groups, a café and an art gallery.

As well as the original 1888 Town Hall this exciting new project includes the 1914 Police Station and modern Courts building offering a wide variety of character and modern office and studio spaces.

The stunning 3,500 sq ft original Ballroom is currently undergoing restoration and when complete will provide a beautiful, much needed event and exhibition space.

Albert Square is one of the best-connected locations in the Potteries, with easy access to the sister towns of Stoke, Hanley and Longton and only a few minutes from the M6, A50 and A500.

The Town Hall was built by local pottery owner William Meath Baker, who also laid out the town centre, and was reacquired by Baker & Co in 2015 to ensure it continues to serve the community into the 21st century.
